Rony Joseph is a visionary entrepreneur whose leadership blends business success with a commitment to creating positive social impact. As the Chief Executive Officer of Flyworld Vacations, he continues to drive the company’s mission of providing exceptional travel experiences backed by trust, integrity, and innovation.
Rony began his professional journey with Thai Airways, where he served as Assistant General Manager, gaining invaluable experience in the global aviation and travel industry. Guided by his passion for customer satisfaction and sustainable growth, he went on to establish Flyworld Travels in Australia, marking the beginning of Flyworld’s remarkable journey.
Under his leadership, Flyworld expanded its footprint across multiple sectors, including money exchange, holidays, home loans, insurance, and immigration consultancy, building a strong international presence in Australia, India, the UK, and beyond.
Rony’s ability to manage and grow diverse business ventures has been a driving force behind Flyworld’s success. His belief in ethical business practices and long-term value creation continues to inspire Flyworld’s strategic direction and corporate culture.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in General Management, combining technical expertise with sharp business acumen to lead Flyworld toward continued excellence and global recognition

Prince believes in creating multiple growth engines that strengthen Flyworld’s diverse business model and enhance its global presence. His strong leadership and forward-thinking strategies have been instrumental in transforming Flyworld into a vibrant, fast-growing brand known for reliability and customer satisfaction.
With a Master’s degree in International Business, Prince combines academic excellence with real-world business insight. His focus lies in shaping and implementing long-term strategies, managing multiple business verticals, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Tince K Abraham
Tince K Abraham is an accomplished MBA graduate specializing in both Finance and Human Resources. He began his professional journey with Bajaj Finance Limited, where he dedicated seven years of exemplary service and rose to the position of Regional Sales Manager.
With a visionary mindset and a passion for growth, Tince played a pivotal role in establishing Flyworld in the UK, contributing key strategic decisions that shaped the company’s success. His forward-thinking approach, coupled with strong leadership and people skills, continues to inspire the team and drive Flyworld’s global expansion.
At Flyworld Vacations, Tince brings his deep understanding of business dynamics and customer relations to create memorable and meaningful travel experiences. He firmly believes that success stems from a positive attitude, teamwork, and innovation.
Tince enjoys mentoring new team members, valuing their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm toward the travel and overseas education sectors. Under his leadership, Flyworld has achieved remarkable milestones — including over 7,000+ successful nursing registration and permanent residency outcomes in the past year — reflecting his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Arun Varghese
Arun Varghese is an accomplished operations leader with over two decades of experience across technology and the travel industry. He began his career in 1999 as an IT specialist and later worked with leading travel support service companies, including Sabre Corporation, where he strengthened his expertise in technical support, customer service, and operational management. For the past seven years at Flyworld, he has been a key member of the leadership team, contributing significantly to the company’s growth across South India.
As General Manager, Arun oversees the administration and daily operations of five branch offices, leading travel, ticketing, and holiday services with a strong focus on efficiency and service excellence. Known for his integrity, determination, and hands-on leadership, he effectively combines people management with process optimisation to uphold Flyworld’s commitment to reliability, trust, and customer satisfaction.
